Bible Study this coming week, 13th October will focus on John Chapter 14. Trusting, Dwelling, Praying and Loving-what rich opportunity for conversation. Please come along and share your thoughts, or just listen as we work out how to be a disciple of Jesus.
Our primary school friends are now on October break. We are preparing to host them and their families for a lovely ‘Holiday Club Extra’ on October 15th from 4-6:30. Do you know a young person who might like to come along? We have crafts lined up for the story of Daniel, and Sharon is coming to do music and movement with us. We will share a meal together and fellowship. We are looking forward to engaging with the young ones again.
We are hosting a day retreat to Aberdeen University on Monday, 19th of October. Would you like to come along? We plan to leave here at 9:30 and arrive there just after 10:30. We will have a guided tour of the King’s College Chapel, spend some time with visiting art work about the story of Jesus and the woman at the well, and have a meal together in the chaplaincy department. There will be time to pause and reflect. We intend to be back in Keith around 3:30. If you are interested, speak to Amy after church today.
In 2 weeks (25th Oct) we will celebrate communion at Rothiemay and Keith North, and for everyone, please remember to set your clocks back to GMT!
