Session meeting immediately following worship at Keith North. Thanks so much to all who have helped with soup preparation and clean up.
Taylor Court Service tonight at 6 PM. We will be celebrating the harvest along with Mulben this morning.
Please remember next Sunday is 2nd Sunday collection and bring along your accumulated change. I propose we give the collection to Andy Martin for MAF as next week, 12th Oct, as we will warmly welcome him back to worship with us.
Attention Guild: We have been invited to St. Rufus Guild on Tuesday, 7th October from 2-4. Please do organise to travel together if you need a ride. They meet in the St. Rufus Hall. Our Guild will meet the following week, Monday the 13th. And do note the change to Guild programme due to a clash in hall bookings: the Guild Christmas celebration will be Monday, 1st December at 2 PM.
Our planning day for Holiday Club Extra is tomorrow, Monday, 6th October. We are thinking about the Joseph story and connecting it to our theme Love Your Neighbour. Craft ideas welcome, and we will plan the menu, too. If you aren’t planning to come, please say prayers for the holiday club, that we have families who hear the stories of God’s love. The holiday club extra will be Thursday, 23rd of October, 4-6:30 and include a meal. Invite your friends and neighbours, and please ask them to register in the shop.
Bible Study will meet this Tuesday, 7 Oct at 4 PM, and we will consider psalms of Lament. Challenge-can you bring a psalm of lament to this gathering? There are plenty to choose from. I anticipate we have about 5 more weeks in this series.
Come along to the coffee morning in the North Hall on the 4th of October (10-12) to support our Glenisla neighbours. There will be stalls and great opportunity to connect with friends.
By now you will have noticed, it’s October and time to make plans for our Keith North coffee morning on Saturday, the 25th of October. As usual, there is a box in the Bee Fair shop if you would like to make a donation. And would you like to come and be part of the set up team, or take tickets, serve or bake? Let’s enjoy fellowship with the community-invite your neighbours and friends.
