Weekly Window for 4th May 2025

3rd Sunday of Easter

8th of May is VE Day, and there are events happening in our community. There will be a service at the war memorial at 10:30 AM led by Gordon Highlanders and each of the ministers in Keith will be involved.  Also, at 6:30 PM outside of KN we will have a reading of Winston Churchill’s speech by Depute Lord Lieutenant John Harrington.  There will also be a piper.  All are welcome at this anniversary celebration.

The next coffee morning in the KN hall is Saturday, 10th of May and will be hosted by the primary 7 children and parents from Keith Primary.

Make sure you have our Christian Aid Big Breakfast on Wednesday, 14th of May on your calendar, 10-11:30Websters are donating meat and Tesco will help us out with buns and condiments.  We will set up on Tuesday at 5 PM after the holiday club craft meeting.

Speaking of…there is a holiday craft meeting on Tuesday, 13th May at 4 PM to discuss craft and make sure we have ideas and strategies for each of the days.

Also, we are working on planning another fundraiser for the church with Holy Trinity.  We have been invited to participate in a ceilidh at British Legion.  Put Friday the 6th June from 6:30-9:30 on your calendar, there will be lots of good music, and a caller and opportunity for dancing, or just sitting and watching and enjoying the chat.  We are looking for raffles-if anyone has any contacts with places that might offer donations, that would be helpful.
