Easter Sunday
Happy Easter! Today is the day we celebrate the Risen Lord. Hope for the hopeless and for us all. We praise God for the power of saving love revealed in the resurrection of our Lord!
The total from our coffee morning fundraiser for Silk and Saffron and Church Funds has raised over £800. Thanks once again to everyone who contributed generously to this sum.
26th of April the 50+ group is holding a coffee morning in our hall. Come on along and have a chat and a cuppa.
To be forward looking, we are having our Christian Aid Big Breakfast on Wednesday, 14th of May. Are you interested in helping, or can you come along and support it? Do put it on your calendar!
Also, we are working on planning another fundraiser for the church with Holy Trinity. We have been invited to participate in a ceidilh at British Legion. Put Friday the 6th June on your calendar, there will be lots of good music, and a caller and opportunity for dancing, or just sitting and watching and enjoying the chat. More information will be available soon.
